Express Pay
Make a payment without signing into your account. You can also use Express Pay to make your first premium payment to begin coverage.
Sign Into Gia®
Sign into Gia or create an account to make a payment. Your Gia account also gives you access to information about your health plan, benefits, claims, and more.
Please Note: You must be the main policyholder on the contract to make online premium payments.
Pay by Phone
Call 1-844-712-6100 (TTY 711) to pay your premium over the phone. Through our secure, automated payment system, you can pay with a debit card, credit card, or bank account number.
You will need your group ID and subscriber ID numbers to pay by phone. You can find your ID numbers on the back of your Member ID card. View guides to your Member ID card:

You can pay your first or monthly premium payment by mail. Please mail a check or money order to:
