We received your enrollment information for health insurance coverage through NY State of Health (New York Health Benefit Exchange) and want to inform you of the remaining steps needed to complete your enrollment process:?

  • You will soon receive an invoice via postal mail advising you of both the premium payment that is due and the date your payment is due to MVP. In order for MVP to complete the enrollment process and begin your coverage, the first month's complete premium payment must be received by the date indicated on the invoice. Activating coverage will not occur until we receive the full premiums for your initial month of coverage.
  • When remitting your initial payment, please be sure to include your customer ID on your check and return the invoice with your payment. Your customer ID will be found on your premium invoice.
  • Once payment is received, your enrollment process will be completed. Next, you can expect to receive your ID cards and an official welcome packet via postal mail.
  • After your enrollment is complete, you will have the option to register for an online account at www.mvphealthcare.com using your MVP Member ID and a valid email address. Doing so will allow you to set up online payments through the Payment Center for your monthly premiums and allow you to access many other account services and features.
